45 minute interval-based classes that cater to all skill levels. Providing a low impact workout as you move with the music matching RPMs to each song’s BPMs.
Hour long classes that can be modified for any skill level. We alternate each week with power flow & Hatha based (focusing on slower movements, dynamic & deep stretching/controlled breathing)
45-minute long, interval-based classes that cater to a more advanced rider. Providing a low impact workout as you move with the music matching RPMs to BPMs and upper body movements are choreographed to the beats while you ride.
Hybrid classes are 55 minute classes that are 30 minutes of cycle and 20 minutes of strength (5 minute transition from one to the other).
45-minute long classes that can be modified for all skill levels. These coach-led, full-body workouts provide functional training through various styles including HIIT, circuit, and weight lifting.
